FOUNDATIONS
For a sturdy foundation, we recommend a concrete slab, allowing us to install our adjustable pads. If you prefer an eco-friendly option, our ground screw foundation is also available as part of our cabin extras.
STRUCTURE
Our cabins are constructed using Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) for the entire frame. SIPs are renowned for their strength and offer an energy-efficient building system, ensuring your cabin is both robust and environmentally friendly.
INSULATION
The SIPs panels provide exceptional thermal performance, surpassing many off-site manufactured building materials. This ensures your cabin remains comfortably insulated, no matter the season.
ROOF
We protect your cabin with a durable EPDM membrane. This rubber roofing sheet has no joints, eliminating the risk of leaks and keeping your cabin dry, even during heavy rain.
INTERNAL
The interior is finished with plaster and painted in brilliant white, creating a clean and welcoming space. Alternatively, you can leave the OSB panels unfinished for a rustic touch.
LIGHTING
Matte black-trimmed LED downlights illuminate both the interior and porch area of the cabin, controlled by a convenient two-way light switch.
CLADDING
Our cabins feature Euro Larch or Thermowood cladding, both known for their attractive golden-brown colour and striking grain patterns. You can choose from three options: Natural, Matt Black or our accelerator.
FLOORING
The insulated floor is covered with a hard-wearing OSB board. If you prefer a different flooring option, we offer various choices among our optional extras, allowing you to customise your cabin's interior to your liking.
WARRANTY
We stand behind the quality of our cabins, providing a 10-year warranty for your peace of mind.
WINDOWS + DOORS
Our cabins boast a practical and stylish matte black powder-coated aluminium bifold door system. The slim frames seamlessly merge internal and external spaces, flooding the cabin with natural light and enhancing its spacious feel.
ELECTRICS
Your cabin comes equipped with four double plug sockets with concealed cabling and a consumer unit ready for your electrician to connect, ensuring a safe and functional electrical setup.
EXTRAS
enhance your cabin with our optional extras, including integral built-in blinds for bifold doors, an electric app-controlled heater, LVT flooring with shallow skirting, front decking, custom colour bifold doorways, wifi internet, ground screw installation, and additional side windows.
